Now that we all know what a sphincter is...and that the thread is totally derailed, if anyone still cares to know about the "censoring" program:

It's to avoid paedophiles, racists and bigots from coming here form a search engine.

So racial slurrs and such are also censored. We just didn't find out 'cause we're not debating NWA lyrics here. Why aren't we, by the way? I mean, I just love "Express Yo'self"
