I hope you're feeling better by now but if not, you do know that it is all in your mind and you can control it. Also, talking to someone or seeking help wouldn't be such a bad idea. Talking does help. It might help you pinpoint why you are feeling this way. It has worked for me before. I have rambled on and on till I found what was bugging me.
