Dating older women didn't work out for me. It was nice to get away from the immaturity of many of the same age women I dated for most of my life. Of course I didn't have much in common with them, which inevitably leads to conflict. Opposites attract then attack I heard some dr on tv say.. Which is so true. I'm now married to a woman six years younger and we're pretty much clones.. sans the same naughty bits. My advise is. No women over 5 yrs older and no men under 5... There's always the exception and people always think it's them.. and rarely are they. Good luck!
