Oh and to upload a pic, when you are creating a new post, scroll down a bit and you will see a box that says 'manage attachments'
Go to it, and where it says 'Browse', click on that and 'browse' your own hard drive for the pic you want to upload and highlight it. Then click upload and you should be good to go.
Oh and I think the new file size is 300 x 300, someone correct me if I am wrong on that.
If you have your own photo sharing account somewhere else, such as:
www.img.photobucket.com
Then you dont have to worry about file sizes and you can just click on the icon in your editor window that looks like it has a mountain and a sun in it, and insert the URL to the image from your photo sharing site..You will know that you have done that part correctly, because the linked image should appear immediately, before you submit your reply.
If any of that makes sense..
