Nope; not really. I'm not going to hate you or judge you just because you like them, but they really have nothing to do with Goth.
Well, technically, their songs
are gothic, but they're not goth. Poser bands are more gothic than real goth, but you'll learn the difference eventually.
Goth is this subculture; the on that's so distorted by the media and nerdy kids trying to be dark. Gothic, however, is an adjective to describe a form of shitty medieval Christian art, and to describe equally shitty modern music by the same nerds I mentioned previously.
