That's from Goth House, a notoriously difficult to navigate goth cartoon and journal that's been running for some years. I used to have it bookmarked, alongside Alas, Write and Shine, Nice Hair, Strange Fiction and a few others.
I only have Strange Fiction these days, due to incredibly erratic updates from the others.
