Now if you are the heat of a moment (not THAT kind of moment) full of fire and adrenalin then a tolchok to the yarbles is not likely to phase you much unless it is a MightyMegazoreChodeChop - at which point an ambulance better be on the way. I'd wager a drunk guy would also be numb enough to not drop immediately as well.
