My school respects the students modes of self expression with a great amount of dignity, which I am SO grateful for.
My debate teacher actually has tattoos on his arms, as well as an industrial and tongue piercing.
Its rather amusing. Because whenever we go to tournaments people never think hes our coach.
It doesnt help when he dances around either.
But anyways, my school hardly enforces the dresscode at all, and all of administration seem to base there opinions of a student on there actions and work, rather than physical appearances. Which is so refreshing.
For me the way I dress is just a way for me to feel comfortable in my own skin.
