The mood of this movie was very strong. And I was really surprised by its ability to disturb me. The Harkonnen Barron, for example. I was completely disgusted by him, and I decided that I had to look away from the screen whenever he was on it, just half way through the movie. His introductory scene is pretty freaking intense. That was a really powerful character. But I just didn't like the parts where they had a narrator sum up what happened "over the next couple of months/years/lightyears...." you know? I'd rather have seen it.
