And if faced with a force on force situation (Remember the part where POS stated I would have the muzzle of an M-4 in my face) that I would take that as a personal threat and fire through the door,because I would see that as a life or death situation.

And would only be acting out self defense,from what grew out of my verbal answer to their verbal challenge.

Remember I said that I would only act if faced with an attack on my person,the Agent in question would've been the aggressor in that situation,by putting a loaded weapon in my face (I love the castle doctrine) after my verbal response of "Go Fuck Yourself",it isn't a threat,my answer would've only been seen as an insult at best in any fair trial,and it would not leave any cause for the Agent to point a loaded weapon at me,the Agent would be left with no recourse but to ask again,or leave me be,are you saying that anyone that gives an Officer lip should have a weapon drawn on them and forced to comply?
