On a more positive note: being healthy is fucking awesome. I have quit smoking, I work out every day, and I've mostly stopped eating crap. I feel fantastic.

The Judge, also, has emerged from her adolescent flirtation with an unhealthy lifestyle to rediscover the advantages of good health. She walks to and from work and university, has drunk no alcohol but red wine for 3 weeks, and, being an excellent cook, has easily been able to virtually eliminate crap from her diet whilst still creating masterpieces in the kitchen. As a final gesture of willingness, she is considering giving up smoking.
