Jeremy Brett, who sadly passed away from heart failure in 1995, is best known for his Sherlock Holmes portrayals but he also has a long and varied history of stage, film, and television roles.

The Very Edge, in which he plays a young, mentally disturbed man who becomes obsessed with a housewife. Even at this relatively young age, his portrayal is very intense. That final caress to his victim's hair before he flees is particularly poignant.
