The English Crown wasn't taxing Americans to death. Do you even know what you're talking about? Americans were taxed less than a fourth of what the British themselves paid as taxes, and taxation only began after the war with France. We might have just seen what happened to America without the British forces back then, huh?
And no, the forefathers were not anachists. They were capitalists and capitalism is irredeemable among anarchists. Besides, the 'forefathers' were self appointed, and only a third of Americans actively wanted to war against England.
