I would have to say all of the above because if you could have everything you wanted, then that would also method and circumtance of death. Life isn't a popularity contest (did you hear that nOObs?!) and I don't give a rat's ass if I'm hated. I'm an uncompromising bitch and I work hard to get what I want. I'd like to know your definition of a noble cause, but in my case if I died protecting my family then I would deem that noble.
