Pay no mind, I think Cosmicgaunt is just being a bit of a tool.... Peter Murphy of Bauhaus himself has been quoted as saying the band "sparked off the latter-day Gothic movement" and even Siouxsie who used to be disdainful of the title "goth" fully embraced it in a magazine cover story years later.
