Actually, it's how much money you generate that determines how much you get payed. If you're going to defend capitalism, understand it first. Payment is determined by how much money you generated for your enterprise, not on the complexity OR on difficulty. If you want a concrete example, take this: Lisa Leslie of the LA Sparks (A team in the WNBA) makes less in her entire career than Kobe Bryant of the LA Lakers makes in a few months. Why? They're both considered to be some of the best in their respective leagues, and both are playing the same sport. It's very simple, Kobe Bryant sells more tickets than Lisa Leslie.

Same reason the lemmings who act in Twilight get payed more than classically trained actors on Broadway. Twilight sells, art doesn't
