This is one of the reasons the relationship with my SO is deteriorating rapidly. I win most of these debates, even sometimes when it turns out I am wrong, because I really have honed the rhetorical skills so well. In fact, I have honed the rhetorical skills to a level that sometimes excludes perception of consequences.
