I'm pretty sure one could find instructions on the interwebz for how to make it. She just cut a Pabst can up into panels, did something (I'm sure, I think) to make the edges dull or safe, punctured holes around the border of the panels and knitted them together to make a hat.
It can't be that hard, eh ... if he really wants one.
