Yeah but if you're a pedestrian you might not be carrying any identification, when I go out I only bring cash, debit card and my phone.
And thats not the only problem it creates. Anyone who's living in Arizona perfectly legally apparently have to have identification on them at all times, to remind them that they'll never
really be American. And for the illegal immigrants, now they'll never call the police for help, ever.
