I genuinely cannot understand finding a hopping mad girl "cute". If I'm arguing with my girl, I'm either all up in that shit with my righteous indignation, or if I'm at fault and know it then I'm just hoping she'll stop being mad at me soon (nothing worse than being screwed at when you know you deserve it...... only option is to ride that shit out and accept it). In the case of the latter, telling her she looked "cute" would be pretty much signing my own death warrant. And quite rightly, I guess - if someone has a legitimate grievance, pulling that shit is essentially laughing in their face.
