I've had back trouble for a while. I'll twist, and it'll K-C-CR-RA-AC-CK-K!!!!!!!! And it feels like heaven, plus some pain.

But the problem is, today I bent down, and I heard a 'pop'. Then, there was an immediate pain in one of the vertebrae between my shoulder-blades. My granny says there's a red spot on the skin, there, too.

It fucking hurts.

I can't afford a chiropractor, though I desperately need one; what the hell do I do!?

Oh! I know--why don't I post a thread in the 'Whining' section of a 'gothic' forum asking other people?

Seriously--can anyone offer help? Advice? Too many young people today experience these problems!!!
