The one thing I learned from browsing through the available fetish threads (that are randomly sprinkled among a lot of threads dedicated to specific women) is that the shoe fetishists have some varied and specific interests. Also, it's almost all men posting there, although I did see at least one thread started by a woman promoting her own website. I don't see any reason why a woman couldn't start a thread there, but I suspect there are a lot of places on the internet where that would be more fruitful.
