Reading a little Insomnia, and thus beginning to understand the end of another SK series a LOT more than I did before. [It's becoming abundantly clear that to completely understand The Dark Tower series, one has to be ridiculously familiar with all his other works as well.

But I would be lying if I said I didn't understand -exactly- why he wrote TDT the way he did. Oh yes, I do understand...I so wish I didn't, but I do....]
