My favourite tea is Lapsang Souchong. It tastes like campfire. Oh Boy, does it ever wake the drinker up in the morning....
It also provides a gentle caffeine wake without the jitters. Wakes one up without tweaking one out.
Edit: It can also kick one in the teeth if one doesn't expect the strength of the flavour, and it can also make ones coworkers think the building is burning down.

I need to do the opposite of what half the diets say... I probably eat more high-fat foods than many, such as Alfredo sauce made with butter and the highest-fat cream I can find (SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD), and any of the meat that myself of my Male makes has none of the fat cut off, and as little as possible of it drained off (tend to reuse it for other parts of the meal, especially if it's bacon fat), and I still only weigh 118, and my Male about 10 pounds more than that. I think part of my feeling I'm too skinny is that I look at 19th century/earlier paintings more than I do at modern images of idealised beauty.
I do walk to and from the bus stop (which is about 15 minutes of reasonable walking, 10 of vigourous walking) every day I go to work, and sometimes even on my days off to run errands and such. I also have either huge ammounts of peanutbutter (about 3x what most would put on their sandwich) or a shawarma at work for lunch.
I would like to gain weight in a healthy way...
