This has to be some sort of sick moment where the Nazi Pope has an extremely forgetful moment. I'm certain that the Vatican withdrew all their support from the Catholic German Political party prior to the extreme rise of Hitler and gave it to his party, which included funding him and all the works.
Just wondering, did Catholic British soldiers turn a blind eye when they shot Catholic German/Italian soldiers or vice versa?
