Wow, that's pretty lame. When I was a teenager, I was taking my younger siblings trick-or-treating. Its really got to suck for those teens who are responsible enough to be taking their younger siblings, nieces and nephews, or younger cousins out, but can't get any candy themselves. :'(
Just because one is over 12 doesn't mean one doesn't enjoy candy.
