There are a great number of ''normals'' sadly. My wife and I frequent the Vogue cos we know the owner, and Noc Noc has AMAZING tater tots. Mercury is the only place you can smoke inside. All are 21+ with a cover. Not too spendy. I highly recommend the Noc.
