Silent Hill is fucking scary. I remember renting the first one when I was younger and seeing all I had was a board and nail. I was like "Oh, hell no!" and turned it off. It's not as bad as Fatal Frame, though. Holy shit fucking.
I don't scream like a girl, though. I just yell and and get really into it.
