HT - I have discovered that if you use a hand mixer, and then leave the protien shake in the fridge that eventually the protien sinks into the water and after about 1hr it's dissolved in the water.
My rant. Mr Bat and I had a major blow yesterday. it was massive. The kind that breaks a relationship.
