There is an english company who make boots with calf/feet measurements and there is an australian company who make boots if you send them measurements (more interesting boots than the UK firm), and I'm guessing there would be ones in the US too... but then they cost a bit.
I have wide feet, skinny ankles and calves that tend towards the big side, so boots sag around my ankles. maybe if I can drop a few more dress sizes, I'll be happy with my legs.
So when I wear big boots, they look massive, like when I wear white shoes, I get called minny-mouse
