Absolutely nothing. That's the beauty. You evolved to eat vegetables, fruit, and meat. If you don't eat those things, you'll probably get sick. Grains, legumes, and sugar are all Neolithic foods - your body never actually evolved to eat them, because they're such recent introductions to the human diet that there just hasn't been time. They require no substitute, because you never needed them in the first place (they're pretty bad for you, really).
