I had two roommates like that...well..actually two roomates, their Girlfriends, their friends, one girlfriend's brother, and whomever else decided to crash at the house. At any one time there were at least 7 people in the house and it didnt matter when.
On top of that, they were all umm..bigger and sloppy. I'd spend 8 hours cleaning the house only to have them destroy it in less than a week. It was so bad that I hated bringing my kids over for my weekends.

Anyway, short story long, I can completely empathize and I'll give you the same advice I was given..Make sure you have plenty of room in a crawl space somewhere. Enough room to fit at least two bodies..
