Well, I'm deep into the norwegian black metal, and I can honestly say, that Dimmu Borgir totally screwed up for me when they make those annoying bombastic albums since Enthrone Darkness Triumphant. The first two: For All Tid and Stormblast were good however not earblasting like Immortal, but the rest totally sucks. Well, that's just my little opinion...

I don't think Shagrath has ever been drummer... he played the lead guitars as well as the vocals at the first 2 albums.
And for CoF: nah...
