Spaghetti with tomato sauce and eggs
This is super yummy and rather unexpected, which makes it great for dinner parties.
You only need whatever you use for spaghetti with red sauce and eggs.
Cook pasta normally and while that is cooking heat up your sauce (I like to make my own and leave the tomatoes a little chunky, gives it a nicer presentation)
Gently crack eggs into sauce, cover, and let cook 5 minutes.
Remove skillet from heat, uncover, and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon sauce onto pasta and top with the egg.
(You can also do this over rice or toast)
