It really depends on what you are going to take. Most Community Colleges and Universities offer a variety of online classes.
Ask Xng for info on the colleges in your area. She has some good information.
Mr. Penguin..
Yes, I have taken Melatonin. I wouldn't reccommend something to you guys that I had not first tried myself. It is gentle and easy on your system. Or at least it was on mine. I found that if I took it about an hour before I was ready to sleep, after a long hot bath, it worked best.
Also try and avoid caffeinated products altogether, but especially during the evening hours. They don't jive well with the Melatonin.
In addition, try and get your room as dark as possible. Our bodies are genetically predisposed to entering a sleeping state, during nighttime hours. The darker your room, the deeper your sleep will become.
Last but not least, try some Chamomille Tea with the Melatonin. Chamomille is naturally relaxing, and the two together were very helpful for me..
Let me know how it works out for you..
Here's hoping you can get a good nights sleep.

Well it said to take it 20 minutes before sleep. I took it around 10:28 and went to bed around 11:00. I did fall asleep faster than normal. I ended up going unconcious around midnight-ish. As much as I was happy to sleep longer than usual. I woke up around 1:30 with a slight headache. Got to bed again around 3:00 and woke up at approximately 5:30. =shrugs= I'm guessing a lot of it's because I don't think I'll sleep well. I just need to get used to the stuff and allow myself the ability to sleep.
Thanks for the tips I'll try them as well.
