Hello o' nocturnal ones
My name is Wolfshade but my friends call me wolf.
In my day work I am a digital designer. At night I illustrate/play music. Currently tryingto get my art together and fine tune it.
I come from a land known to be the first place the phoenecians resided.
Now. My favourite authors, novels and films. I like Anne Rice, her vampire archetype breaks the traditional image of the vampire. But i also like Bram Stoker. I love oldschool horror and mysterious films. Like Rosemary's Baby, Halloween franchise, Se7en, The Devil's Advocate, The Omen Trilogy, The Ninth Gate, The Shining, Eyes Wide Shut....list goes on.
Music i love: Opeth, Moonspell, Bauhaus, Type O Negative, My Dying Bride, Black Sabbath, Lacrimas Profundere, Dreadful Shadows, Tristania, AfterForever, Iron Maiden...list goes on. I listen to a combo of oldschool rock, sometimes Metal genre, and i love postpunk like Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy.
I'd love Opeth and Type o Negative to be played at my funeral.
How I'd like to die? An old man with a long beard wearing a robe writing his last words about the apocalyse, in some hermetic cave LOL! XD
A dark black casket would be nice. With a layer of resin to give it a shine. Cedar wood preferably.
My favourite outfit. Hm. I like the corporate goth look. Sometimes i like the musician look since i play live solo gigs ;p. My silver rings. Long black hair. Pinstriped trousers and leather boots. Satin shirt or a band shirt.
My childhood was interesting in the 90s. I miss getting into trouble and playing in the mud. No smartphones no worry about offending people. Like nowadays people are way more offended by the slightest thing. While back then it was different and tougher. I loved to write on school copybooks, had lined journals i recorded my thoughts in. I miss. But now i have black sketchbooks. 😈
Why did I join? Because I love goth. Maybe to connected with others who have dark inclinations. I used to have old account here back in the 2000s but forgot it. So start over is nice. Look forward to deep interesting conversations about music, the occult, hsunted places...list goes on.
