Is there away to kill myself without going to hell?

I was recently told, of which i have not verified that the bible tells u that taking your own life is the ultimate sin, that if u were to, you would not only feel that pain until death but forever feel it while your soul is trapped in hell...i tried when i was 13 or so like most, but i'm 29 now and starting to feel that complete worthlessness, and not only that, that my worthlessness is causing others to suffer. Plus i'm so stressed out, I got shingles..and i'm only 29. I want to end the suffering, but i believe in god now..i DO NOT want to go to hell.

Alternatively, you could talk to your doctor about it, or call your local hospital and ask for someone to talk with you.

To the original poster I offer this ..
Suicide seems like an answer, to stop the pain that you feel.
It stops your pain but it brings endless pain to innocent others.
Those who love you, value you .. they are left bereft.
They are left not only with grief and bereavement of loss, but also eternal questions of why, what they could have or should have done to prevent.

There is no shame in experiencing chronic depression or suicidal thoughts.
The only shame would derive from you acting upon them.
It would be such a shame to lose You from this world ..

This is an illness, you can receive help and treatment. You need to ask.
If you take your life away, there is no chance of better.
But if you have the strength to ask, this will become ok .. you WILL heal.
By doing so you take the braver path, in the future you will be a source for others suffering from the same affliction.

You didn't ask for this, you did nothing to warrant its arrival.
But it's here, and how you deal with it is the making or breaking of YOU!
