You know what that quote is saying, right?
It's basically means
"One man, one goal
and one objective.
...
One flesh, one blood,
one true religion.
One call, one dream,
one iron will [lit. strong will]
Give me a mission!"

Ja! I'm half-German, but a lot of people that hear or read anything German and don't really understand what you're saying usually go joke around and throw in the "nazi" comments. :}

Same as my mom. She was born and raised in Kaiserslautern, but ended up in a convent in Langstadt. *grin* and somehow she met my father and had me. :}

Me too! I spent about two months in Munchen (sorry, I don't know how to put the two dots over the "u" on this american keyboard) and I loved it. When my mom and I decided to come back to the US, I really didn't want to leave. I felt like I belonged there!

I visited Munich a couple of years back. I got my favorite pants there, but sadly I grew out of them. I actually thought that Rothenburg (or berg?) was prettier, but Munich was under a lot of construction when I visited, so I'm sure I didn't see it at its best.

I like anyone with the name, "Maggot"! :}
Yes, it's a lot like saying, "Ich Liebe Dich!" to someone... even if the "ch" sounds like as "sh", people still look at you as if you called them a penis. *grin*
And, Ja ja leiderhosen... my mother used to dress me in those when I was a little girl. Everytime I see the photos, I wonder if she purposely made me look ridiculous. They're cute in Germany, but over in the US, it's like a punishment for your child :}

I haven ever visted Rothenburg, but I'll take your word for it, because I found that everywhere I visited in Bavaria was so beautiful and CLEAN! Flying over Deutshland is so different than taking a plane of the USA... the property lines in Germany are so clean and precise. From the air, the US looks like the properties are a jig-zaw puzzle. I had the most fun in Cologne, Langstadt, Munich and when we traveled to the Bavarian Alps. Oh wow... I was so overwhelmed with how beautiful it was.
I think I have the right to a dual citenzenship, since my mother is a native of Germany, born and raised, and didn't come to the US until she was in her 30's. I'm still thinking about finding out info on the dual citezinship.

I don't think you do, if the way i understand it you have to be born in that country or on a US embassy to that country but then again i could be wrong.

I doubt you're wrong. I noticed, during the last winter olymics when they were introducing the athletes, that there was an American playing for some country, perhaps Lithuania, because his father was 100% Lithuanian, but maybe I am even wrong on that one, because the son (even though American) could have been born in that same country as his father.
I know that I can apply, but I'm not sure (at all) how difficult the process is. :}

Btw, I'm wearing my pajamas... yeah... ooooh, so sexy, but I'm comfortable in my black t-shirt and black pajama pants.
Just to set the record straight, I have worn "black" since 1974. Yes, I was a kid, but that's when it started, so I'm not saying that I wear black to seem more "goth". I love the goth lifestyle/subculture... I love all goths.... you're all such beautiful people. To see so many colors in the goth scene nowadays really took me by surprise... but very unique styles will very gorgeous dresses, corsets and fetish wear. Yep, back in my day, we wore black, but did have a lot of colors put into our hair...NOT temporary, extentions, hair pieces or clip-ons. We sacrificed out har, just like the England punks did in the 70's. Anyway, in closure... Goths are beautiful people.... and that comes from an old school goth. Please take that as intended... a compliment. Thanks :}
