I hear ya. That snow/ice was a killer. I'm lounging after chipping all of the ice off of my driveway. I'm in my Return of the Living Dead t-shirt and black jeans that are a bit wet from the snow as well as non-matching socks.

A tank top with lace straps, and boxer shorts.
I was dressed nicely, though. Same top, but with a knitted form-fitting sweater, opaque black tights, "witch" heels, and a fluffy large polka dotted skirt with a lacy petticoat under it.
Oh, and Robert Smith hair.

As I stated before, whenever this thread pops up in the New Threads section of the board I happen to be naked. However, about 20 minutes ago I was wearing an ankle length black skirt made of crushed velvet, satin and netted panels with a burgandy satin top that has a brocade trim around the neckline and spaghetti thin shoulder straps. Bare feet, black painted toenails, no makeup, hair up in a bun and a thick silver filigree braclet on my left wrist with a silver and garnet pentacle around my throat.

Odd coincidence there. Or does this thread have supernatural power over your dressing habits?
Right now I'm wearing a black suitcoat, with a shirt of the same color that has spiderwebs along the sleeves and bottom. Slacks and nice shoes to go with it. I'm dressed formally because we have student-led conferences at my school today, and we need to dress like we might for a job interview. Otherwise, I'd be wearing more makeup and have more interesting hair.
