Fashion DIY tips and gratuitous plugs. And hair. Hair! Flow it, show it. Wait...no. That's some hippie musical. Nevermind. |

I've been fooling around this afternoon with outfits.
Lots of brown and black and brass... I'm rather liking what came out of it..

I'm wearing black khaki pants, black chucks, 2 bondage bracelets with O and D rings (black), a black Guitar Hero t-shirt, a black onyx ring, my vampire necklace, and a DIY jacket/shirt I made out of a thick cotton work shirt (black with black leather trim with grommets, a silver fleur de lys on the left pocket of the chest, a huge black rose design on the back and a smaller black rose design on the right chest pocket. The leather trimming is sewn and the designs are ironed on.) It makes a bitchin' outfit and looks very goth.

Boxers and a paint spattered tank.
Not paint spattered on purpose for fashion.
I was painting an apartment today, haha.

How can khaki pants be black? I thought that they kind of had to be khaki.
Oh and I'm wearing jeans and a black tank, I've been doing laundry all day

...so they are slacks? Or are they cargo pants? There are various types of khakis after all

Plain ol' slacks. I have them a size smaller so they fit a little tighter, but isn't the best look. I need some jeans. I either have jeans that are too small or are way too big. Plus they don't have the leather on them like I want. I think denim is a little harder for DIY.

If you want to shrink jeans then soak them in hot water, if you want them skin tight then put them on and soak in a bathtub full of hot water until they feel like they are the size that you want (keep in mind not to let them get too tight or you will have trouble getting them off/on)
It can also be a pain to sew as it is a thicker fabric but once you get used to it then you can actually do some really cool things

Among other things a dark blue tee shirt that has the bone white skeleton of a dog and says "in dog years I'm dead".

Where did you get that? My dad SO needs one!
I am wearing a purple empire waist top and black and white striped knee socks and blue panties with a cupcake on them because I'm trying to find where my puppy dragged my pants off to. He got into the laundry again!

White t shirt with skulls on it, a black hoodie, black shorts and black flip flops, and my red and silver snake necklace. All my clothes are dirty so I am at my mom's house in my pajamas washing them.

Bondage bracelets, black fedora, my DIY black shirt, black slacks, and black chucks. Pretty much what I wore yesterday, but I got the hat from HT and it completes my look.
