Plus a summer home is for summer, that is kind of the whole point. It would be dumb to go to your summer home in the winter, even if you felt like it, especially since most of them don’t have any real source of heat.

My friend from Dubai has a summer home in the Netherlands. Being from Dubai and going to the Netherlands in the winter might not be desirable. Then again, he did spend 4 years (at least - I don't know where he is now) studying in the middle of Canadian winter, which I think is worse than Netherland winters.

lol i guess thats true, but i guess it depends on how serious you are about feeling the pain or spilling the blood.
