I personally don't like any of the skull designs, but I do like most of the dragon ones. IF they were really good quality (for instance no visible 'seams' in the design) I might be willing to spend USD $20 or 30. But i'd have to handle it in person. I'm picky like that.

$20? No thanks, I'd rather just pay quarter and get the same shit out of one of those gumball/toy machines they have at the supermarket.

Not a fan of any of the skull ones you posted, but the dragon ones and the alien ones are pretty cool. I wouldn't buy one period unless it were at least high quality steel though, that shit that goes dull in a couple months isn't even worth paying 10 bucks for. I'd pay like 20 bucks for the good steel, maybe 30-50 for silver. But those would look wicked sick if you did them in titanium, and then did that thing where you take a blow torch to it and it turns bluish, and it's kind of that swirl (anodizing, I think it's called).

The design I like the most is this III. http://tabpole.com/inc/rings/bigteeth2.jpg
I wouldn't buy it however, I'm more into celtic/romantic/gothic/art nouveau ring designs.

You're Greek, and you're into Celtic stuff? Isn't that a little.... strange?

Well... I'm Greek and I am goth. That alone may strike someone as an oxymoron, with all the sunshine we get & all.
I sometimes like jewelry inspired by ancient Greece, but they usually use gold, which I personally never wear, such as: http://www.lalaounis-jewelrymuseum.g...ils.asp?exid=5
Besides, the ancient Greeks were familiar with the Celts, and apparently there have been cultural and linguistic exchanges (I am not a fan of wikipedia, but here's the link - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celts)
After all, Celtic designs are really beautiful, so why shouldn't I like them? : )

Meh, my interest in them started because that's my ancestry, but whatever works I guess.

Hmm... when it comes to taste [and art I might add], then yes.
I don't thing that one should only take an intrerest in or liking to art/styles/artefacts that are linked to their heritage!

It kinda bugs me, to be honest...
I can understand an interest in it, but as far as wearing other cultures' symbols as fashion or tattoos, that's really kinda pushing it.
It's bad enough that right-wing skinheads use Celtic/Nordic symbols as gang tattoos, now we have to put up with every scene kid on earth getting Celtic knot tats.

Before the movie "The Phantom" came out in theaters there was a promotional campaign and I got a bunch of these metal skull rings for free.
So ... buy, no. Take for free, yes.

Oh yea, Sko..
Related note: My cousin's wedding was last night, and he married a Greek girl, so it was pretty much a Greek wedding, and holy shit they know how to party... I had way too much Ouzo and they started doing that dance in a circle, what's that called by the way?

I understand what you're saying. I still like celtic jewelry though, I hope you won't hold it against me! (I have no tattoos!) ; )
As for the greek wedding, yes, we DO know how to party. We're pretty well-known for it. The Greek society parties of my London university were the most popular! Most of the traditional dances are circular (I'm sure you are familiar with the symbolism of circular dances), so I can't tell you which dance it was.
I hope you had a good time, and I wish the newlyweds a long and happy life together!
P.S. Sorry for the typo - thing instead of think.
P.S.2 Ouzo rules!

Well you at least seem to give a shit about the meaning behind it all. Most people don't bother with the meaning, they just think it looks cool. Or they're some neo-Pagan idiot who think that Celtic Druidism somehow gives cultural validation their 60 year old cult that some guy made up to sell books.

My mum has a couple of Celtic tattoos. I'd find it kind of crappy if she'd got them just because she thinks they look cool. She was born and raised on the Ilse of man so they actually mean something to her.

Tell you the truth, I kinda like some of the rings but wouldn't buy them. I believe they should be pewter and sell for $10. Now I'm looking for a skull ring, and I can't find what I'm looking for...
It should be a men's ring with a decently thick band, silver {or pewter, or even steel}, and feature a realisticly detailed skull facing downward(hate to say it, but... think DEATHNOTE). No lower jaw, by the way.
