For music, I prefer Rozz. I just like the sound and atmosphere more than CD's post-Rozz stuff.
For personal qualities, though, it's Valor, because he hasn't killed himself like a dumb shit.

I prefer ol' Mr. Williams. I've never cared for Valor. It borders on hatred, but I wouldn't go quite that far.
I love Rozz's voice. And I tend to agree with what Lochnar said.

Valor's crew has produced a larger amount of quality tracks, but the few from Rozz kick enough ass to make up the difference.

Actually, there was a time when I would have agreed with that. I think it took me longer to appreciate Christian Death than any of the other goth bands I've ever liked. But then, I've always favored the British goth scene over anything out of CA just like I favor the British punk scene over anything out of CA.

For the most part I agree. Anything after Rozz was no longer a member kinda irks me to listen to. I'm not sure if that just because I hold a grudge against Valor, or because his voice actually bothers me. I think it's the latter.

Why? Rozz only made one real record without Valor. Rozz just claimed the name when he found out Cleopatra would cut him a check for heroin money. Valor kept it so he wouldn't let down the fans in Europe. Also why he lied and said Rozz died. But faking someone elses death is way goth anyway.
