Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

A weird combination of 'So Many Things To Say' and 'Rock n' Roll Widow' by Wishbone Ash, 'When You've Got Troubles' and 'Witch Queen of New Orleans' by Redbone, and 'Old Man' 'Needle and the Damage Done' by Neil Young. -- with occasional spurts of Linkn' Park singiing, "What the f*** is wrong with me?" (I think maybe I'm just stressing over my job/s. Too much typing of too much medical stuff fries the brain. Maybe I need a creativity break).

YES, I just identified the unidentified song.
It was the 'oooh's from Happy House by Siouxsie and the Banshees.
Fuck, it was frustrating me.

Nick Cave's I Let Love In. It's... quite captivating and very true to life. Annoyingly it's on repeat in my head.

Ah, love that song. I just realised what the song I couldn't identify was, The Birthday Party - Release The Bats.

It's annoying because I can't tell what song it is and it's just like a 2 second long snippet.

Nick Cave - The Lyre of Orpheus.
I've had the line "Eurydice appeared brindled in blood and she said to Orpheus/If you play that fucking thing down here I'll stick it up your orifice" stuck in my head for about two weeks. It's great.
