Probably Avril Lavigne and Christina Aguilera, among others...

Hon, you don't listen to goth.

I'm going to change my answer to The Beach Boys, another guilty pleasure of mine.

I absolutely love the Beach Boys too!

After listening to "Pet Sounds" for the umpteenth time, I'm firmly convinced they could have been very much Goth artists had things worked out differently.

Well I wont bother with the obvious so here we go,
Helmet, Kyuss, Monster Magnet, Sleep, Motorhead, Orange Goblin, Nebula, QOTSA, Corrosion of Conformity, Pantera, lastly SOD. I really like stoner metal, even though I'm straight edge. Check out Kyuss, seriously, they rule.

Eee.. CCT..

I will listen to some country, and I love Native American flutes. Celtic music isn't Goth, either..
And then there's Bob Marley.....

Well, they did influence some punk bands, and punk bands influenced goth bands... Hmmm...

I thought the point of the thread was to state the UN-GOTHIEST artiste you listen to? Unless I'm blind, I'm not the only person that said Avril Lavigne. :-/

And Christina really does have a rather beautiful voice, whatever anyone thinks...

Anyway the point is- whether I listen to goth or not, I posted the ones that are as far from Goth as I could guess... Which is the title of the thread...

Kay? ^_^

The point is that you don't listen to goth. She's not evaluating your post; she's evaluating you.
Most of your bands are some of the ungothiest bands we'll find in this thread.

O_O some heated discussion. I will be modifying my artist to Billy Joel...because he is in show music, and show music is certainly not goth...
at least to me....

Black Eyed Peas: they have some really good latin rhythms.

I love the Beach Boys, it's the surfer in me

Let's see. I too am a bit of a Dixie Chicks fan, but mainly for the ballads and Goodbye Earl! I love the old Nightwish and . . . . hides behind shield . . . I'm a bit of a metalhead (whips out Finntroll shirt to deflect flaming arrows).
