And then you try to ridicule me by claiming that I say you're not punk for 'not having the right politics', which would almost make a good argument, BUT THEN, you fucking go to say that you do knwo about the right politics!! That's fucking pathetic. You don't even know how to defend yourself.

And how exactly is it that you actually 'evolved' and yet you keep your exact same shitty music taste and pity requests? Do you actually expect us to believe that you grew as a person and just happen to fit more and more exactly into your little punk dream persona? Don't embarrass yourself. If you actually think you have grown, and yet it's obvious that you haven't changed, all you've done is polish your punk stereotype all the more.
This all just sounds like you're running out of ammunition. Dude, the thread was dead for a while and then somebody decided to bring it back to life, you then proceed to insult and attack me over an article of clothing? It's a belt dude, I didn't know that I can't be a anarchopacifist and wear a bullet belt, is there some unwritten rule you and your elitist asshole buddies came up with or something?

Who really knows what "right" politics are "right" Alan? Everybody has their own opinion, and getting all mad over somebody who lives on the other side of the country isn't going to solve anything. Sounds like, you can't defend YOURSELF there buddy.

I am neither Anarchopacifist nor a wearer of Bullet Belts, but it seems sensible enough that one might make a certain statement by combining the two.

I don't see why you get all hung up on it. There's been anarcho/peace punk bands and crust bands who've been doing it since the 80's. And Voivod wore em too.

I think bullet belts are totally kick ass. Expensive as shit if you want a good one. I did get one at Down in the Valley for 6 bucks! Its kinda cheap though. Plastic bullets, but ya take what you get. I know a few sites, but so does everyone else already.

It can't look stylish as it's idious as i said before.
It's a stupid concept.
I find it rather stupid to have fake bullet around myself.
I would be more tempted to create my own design with real bullet.

This thread is getting ridiculous. The german army during WWII had exquisitely spiffy uniforms but does that make anyone liking those designs a nazi? No. If a pacifist likes a bullet belt as an accessory then bloody well let them. It's fashion in the modern, present day, world.

That's actually a pretty blind-sighted rationalization. IF you life nazi uniforms, in the very least you like the discipline they embody. An anarchist glorifying an accessory whose image is explicitly and inherently that of hierarchy, would be fucking stupid. Equally, a pacifist glorifying an accessory whose image is explicitly and intrinsically that of violence, is fucking stupid.

The defense of the bullet belt would simply be this: it is not contradictory, only insofar as it's proportionally stupid.

Oh god Alan, bug off already. Why the fuck does it even matter really? When you think about it, you will never see him wear it if he ever does get one, you never have to actually talk to him in person, and, in all honesty, it doesn't matter what you say because he'll do what he wants anyway! I don't see the big bloody deal! It's a belt! So what if you think it doesn't match his beliefs, it's what HE wants to do. Has absolutely nothing to do with you. So call him a 'wannabe' with the wrong politics and the wrong ideas all you want, because HE knows who he is and that he is real, and the people who give a shit about him know it too.

Kyle, were going to buy you a bullet belt this week if it's the last bloody thing I do. It'll look nice, and quite frankly, I want one too (even though I'm a pascifist O.o).

Exactly, I don't know him. Why the fuck should he bitch so much about my opinion of him?
However, I'm still right, and that's my opinion of what I know of him. OF course you're gonna defend him; you're the friend of that loser. Should I bring my friends to the forum to make me somehow right by majority vote, or are we bigger than that? BlindNSect asked me why SoD pisses me off. I answered. It's cool how that shit works, huh? Hardcore logic at work here.

You ever consider the idea of wearing bullet belts as a pacifist for, "t3h ironeez"? I know it's a cheap "irony" but it's a thought.

It's also a lame cop-out for pacifists who happen to think bullet belts look cool. Like loser moi.
