I'm not sure I can advise you hun, am not too healthy with it myself. I tend to sink myself into other things as much as possible and sleep a lot.

Our time here is limited and time heals it all, nothing will matter eventually, just keep that in mind.

Sometimes, it's ok to not be ok. Let yourself grieve. If it is too much for you alone, see if you can get in and talk with some one, preferably a professional. I know it sucks and hurts right now, find ways to cope with it, just don't try to push it down and ignore it... that doesn't help.

I'd suggest talking about it with trusted people, family & friends ..
Or us .. we're 'faceless' .. all anonymity preserved

Personally, I'm a big believer in bringing yourself comfort.
Only you know how you're feeling, in turn only you know how to ease.
Be gentle with yourself, there's no rules regarding ..
They say time heals, and truthfully in a way it does.
With every passing day you move further away from that experience of loss.
You will always love them; eternally miss them .. it does get easier.
There will come a time when memories aren't so painful to recall.
You will smile fondly, instead of feeling crippled with grief and bereft.

I hope your poor heart eases <3
Much love to You xxx
