While primarily aimed at mass feedings, like what Food Not Bombs does, such a law can easily be applied to someone buying a sandwich for that random guy flying a sign. Not only does it criminalize people who want to do a little good, it also continues the trend of criminalizing the disadvantaged. In short... Bullshit.

They (as in the government) consider it anarchy, they also don't allow you to house the homeless. Why? Because it takes away their dependency on the government and brings power and influence to the the people! America is no longer what it was meant to be, now what would are founding fathers want us to do in this situation*?.....
