so i took joker's advice and went to a place. the guy had just sold his last tapers, so i told him to just shove it through. the barbel was a 16 and he estimated my safety pin at a 20. when he was done he asked me if i was ok and i honestly thought he hadn't started yet. it just felt like someone as pinching me. it's healing great, despite a drunken accident when it got caught in some guy's shirt and the little spider decoration on it got ripped off (painful and slightly bloody). even though that happened, it didn't scab, and the healing process has been excellent.

i am making a HORRIBLE face in this picture but you can see the piercing (this is also right after the incident with the spider ripping out)
...as if the past 2 pictures didn't give you an idea of what it looks like..

lol actually, its from marshalls, so they may have bought it from pacsun. if it was from pacsun, im really happy, because it would have been $15, and i got it at marshalls for $5. god bless discount retail.

I did both sets of my extra piercings on my ears by myself and had no problems....................then again that isn't something like an eyebrow or lip.

Anyways, you have to wait for that to heal before going up a size (about 16g.)

I most definitely would not be that brave. I have never pierced myself, although, in my younger, more troubled years, I did scar myself a couple of time. Now, thankfully they are healed and covered with tattoos. The only time I gaged myself was this summer. I had previously been gaged to a 1/2" in my ears by a pro, then I let them close up. They went back to around a 4, and I started to wear CBRs again. After that, in about a month, I had gaged myself back to a 1/2". I only had problems once, but it was simply because I could not yet push a 1/2" plug into a 000 hole. I waited about a week and was good to go. I could not imagine gaging an eyebrow. I gaged my nipples from a 14 to a 10, and almost died. Not my cup of tea.
