Why aren't you wearing asbestos underwear? Is the reason the same as the reason for why you're posting this self-important announcement before familiarizing yourself with this place and reading the rules; because your more interested in getting attention than in having any respect for others?

Well, you deserve a good flaming for starting a brand new thread for the sole purpose of announcing your presence and then posting this ignorant twaddle. Couldn't you even come up with something of substance, some reason that would make it worth my while to read your words? Because right now it looks like I'd have wasted my time less if I'd spent it inspecting a dog turd on the ground.

This is the part where both parties show each other their knife, sword and or gun collection and puff themselves up in vain attempt to look superior to each other.

Dragonmage, I recommend you show off a halberd or trident. It'll make you *slightly* less stereotypical when the other members send their barrage of less than polite remarks your way.

Those amongst the plebs, who wants to see a different kind of gladiator enter the arena? I know I do. Seeing katanas, knives, and fire arms under 40 caliber being rapidly shown wielded by people who get butthurt on the internet just doesn't cut it anymore

Wow I don't think you could have made a worse title then just first post? Couldn't you have atleast filled out the little questionnaire or said something even relatively interesting hey maybe instead of saying "Hi this is my first post" why not tell me something about yourself maybe that would have been atleast a little interesting...hopefully this is your last my friend..

Having stumbled onto the General board, he must have seen that there are other sections. Seeing that the one just below General is named "Introductions", I would have thought that to be an obvious choice.
